Nordic Ware Disney Frozen 2 Cast Snowflake Cakelet Pan, 1/2-Cup Cavities, Light Blue

This is a very pretty pan. It is a nice heavy-weight cast aluminum. It made attractive and appealing shortbread. I used the recipe that comes with the pan, but I added chocolate chips. I preheated my countertop oven to the recommended temperature, and the shortbread baked in a few minutes less than the suggested time, but I wasn’t watching it and it got a bit browner than I wanted, but still very good. I used a lot of butter to grease the pan, no flour, and the shortbread lifted out of the pan very easily. It was very easy to clean by hand washing.

I bought this pan for my daughter’s Frozen themed birthday. I thought it would be especially fun for her to decorate them all. When the pan arrived I was pleasantly surprised by how nice and heavy it was. The tiny cakes came out great. Small downside is that the manufacturer recommends buttering the inside of the pan before putting batter in. That helped the cakes come out of the pan, but the remaining butter was hard to wash out of the snowflakes. Still, well worth the purchase!

I got this twice, first time it never arrived. The second time did and I have used it several times since. I will say that you do need to spray the inside with a significant amount of butter spray in order to allow for a smooth release after cooking. Each time I bake with this I get so many compliments from my family about how even the treats bake and how stunning the image is. This is something that I suggest you get especially if you love baking and want to make pretty treats

As expected with all Nordic Ware this cake pan is hefty and easy to wash. Although I feel that the designs have lots of details and some of that doesn't come thru when an air bubble forms in the cake. Overall very pleased with the quality of the product. These are shallow cakelets and in my experience, you must make a light-colored cake (I.E. Vanilla) because when we tried it with chocolate, the designs were really lost. Nordic Ware has a tasty honey vanilla recipe to use with this pan on their website if you are interested, although I just used something off Pinterest.

Super cute and worked really well for making Speculoos. The wooden handle does come apart from the metal press, but I assume that is a function for cleaning.

This is a very well made pan, and comes with a shortbread recipe. I made shortbread this past weekend and it turned out great! The shortbread came out of the pan right away, and the lines in the pan made cutting it into pieces very easy. The snowflake pattern is so pretty too. Highly recommend!

This is a staple in my kitchen. I love using it for casseroles or pasta dishes or even baked goods. I will definitely repurchase

I bought the Disney Frozen snowflake pan because it was cheaper than the non frozen version even though it's the same pan!I have made shortbread in it about 7 times and they've come out perfectly every time! This is another great Nordic Ware pan that's made right here in the USA. No signs of wear yet and the coating is just a glossy as the day it arrived.Highly recommend!

I bought this so I could make something a bit different to just muffins or cookies for my nieces & nephew. They all came out perfect first time & the kids loved seeing which frozen character they had. I would definitely buy again if other characters/ pictures were available. Cakes made in this tin are much bigger than they look!

Compré el molde porque a mi hija le gusta Frozen y quería hacerle un pastel con esa forma, no se pegó nada al molde usando spray con harina como dicen las instrucciones. De un mix de caja típico para pastel solo le cabe la mitad de la receta para que lo tomen en cuenta. Nordic Ware es garantía, seguiré comprando esta marca.
