Love this monitor and cameras. We use this for every trip! The clarity is great and it is so easy to set up. You can set it to alternate between each camera or set it to a single camera. Highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. I’ve had an excellent experience with this product and their customer service. The product itself worked great, but I did encounter an issue specifically to me…..where the monitor's battery was no longer holding a charge, causing it to shut off after just a few minutes or immediately after being unplugged. I reached out to customer support, and I was impressed by how quickly they responded. They asked for a video and a description to help verify the issue, and after only a short time communicating, they sent me a replacement monitor.I truly appreciate the efficient and helpful customer service. It’s rare to find such responsive support, and it really made a difference in my experience. I highly recommend this product, not only because it works well but also because their customer service is top-notch. I own two cameras—one for the playroom and one for the baby’s sleep room—and I love how easy it is to switch between rooms.I have tried out two other monitors before sticking with this one.I also like this monitor because it’s non WiFi and I prefer one that can’t be hacked.The distance in connection between the monitor and the camera is decent too.The product and its outstanding customer service are a definite win!

The media could not be loaded. Bought this in June with two cameras since we had a second child. Sept 11th it broke in the middle of the night. The parent device was plugged in and froze. No sound comes out and the screen doesn't change. The device doesn't respond to any commands from the buttons.Amazon has an email, phone number, and website for the manufacturer. The website doesn't work and the phone number is out of service. Still waiting for a response from the email but based on other reviews I won't hold my breath.Prior to this I did enjoy the device. It was easy to use, worked in my 3 story townhouse and in the yard. I liked that it didn't need internet or my phone to function but if it doesn't get replaced quickly it isn't worth it at all.

This monitor was great when I first bought it. The picture quality isn't the best but it gets the job done if you don’t really care too much. It has night vision which is nice. The size of the monitor is small which is good for throwing in your pocket around the house. The monitor stopped working about 3 month in. I called the company and they shipped me a new monitor and since then it’s worked great. It can last most of the night without being plugged in and starts beeping when the battery is low.

This is a nice little monitor. It is extremely basic. The monitor and screen is small, smaller than an iPhone. But I was pleasantly surprised by the picture and sound. I got it up and paired with 2 cameras in 5 minutes. I think before you buy this, think about what you want. If you need a giant screen, 4k video, recording, etc then do not buy this. But if you need something to just check on baby/toddler, notify you when they are awake or crying, this is a great budget friendly option.I opted for premium protection but it does come with 1 year warranty per the manual.Signed, mom of a 2 year old and newborn on the way

My favorite monitor, lasts a while , battery is good, quality is clear and allows you to zoom. You can speak to the children through it and required no wifi. Plug in and use, which is great on vacations too!

The two pack is just so perfect for monitoring my twins! I have it set to cycle between the 2 cameras every 10 seconds. Out of the box, they connected and worked immediately. In the 3 weeks I’ve used this monitor for 2 daily naps and a few hours of night sleep while I’m downstairs, I think we’ve “lost connection” once for 10 seconds tops. I take the temperature reading with a grain of salt because the cameras are pretty high above the cribs and always a few degrees higher than the thermometer I have in there (heat rises, probably an accurate reading but not that warm down where my babies are 3 inches above the ground). With the shutters in the bedroom closed, the monitor is always in nightmode. The ONLY con is that the parent unit makes a very loud noise when the battery is dying (also pretty useful, the monitor definitely won’t die without my knowing). Again, only 3 weeks in. But the volume and picture are amazing. I would recommend this product to any parent!!

They work anywhere! No wifi required! So easy to use and they are so dependable! We have a few WiFi ones in the house, but we love these because they can’t be hacked into, and they are so easy to use when we go on vacation in our RV, or to friends and families houses for his nap time.
