These are great and I use them almost daily since buying them. The only reason I did not rate it as a 5 is because they are a little long and when you pull the middle of them for certain exercises the handles are so distanced one end always ends you hitting me in the face. I haven't found a good way around it yet. The bands seem high class and durable.

Use it at work to help me lose weight and stay tone. Probably need an upgradd kit with more weight if you are a moderately strong man.

This product is eh. The quality is just not there. The ankle cuffs seem like they are about to break and are very uncomfortable. The chords are ok but not great. For the price this product is ok, but don't purchase if you're wanting a nice exercise band set.

I have two little kids so getting to the gym is tough. I also have a nagging foot/leg injury for which my Physical Therapist recommends resistance bands. Those two facts make this set great for me! I can pull what I need out of the carrying case, set it up, and do my recommended workout easily. The carrying case & accessories would have been nice to have back when I traveled frequently.Compared to 2 different brands of resistance bands I've tried previously, I find these to be a far higher quality and they're also a lot easier to hold onto (I haven't snapped one like a rubberband yet!). I'm considering getting another set as a gift.Quick shippjng, packaged really well, good value, and heavy duty product. Recommended.
