4 stars for me, 2 for husband...here’s why...
Using these for plantar fasciitis as recommendations by our podiatrist. Excellent quality. I have had my pair for two years and this most recent buy was for my husband. I wear them about 3-4 hours and then have to pull them off but it’s helping. I wear them around the house during the day if I’m home. If I’m out during the day I wear them at night until I wake up and peel them off feeling like my feet need air lol. They’re definitely helping me. It’s the only thing that stops the throbbing pain in my feet. For my husband though they don’t do that but his plantar fasciitis is a lot worse as he’s on his feet 12 hours a day on concrete. They help but not as well as they help my more middle of the road plantar fasciitis and I’m only on my feet for housework and running errands etc . I put four stars for my experience and he’d give it 2 for his. Even the boot isn’t helping his.Just FYI: I paid for this mysjef, it wasn’t given to me or paid for so this review is my own. Feel like I have to add this lately because if so many reviews being paid for that make you unsure if you can trust them. You can trust mine and feel free to ask any questions.

Light compression- but may be the best choice for some people!
Most reviews were really good, but I wasn't completely happy with these and here's why: very thin material and not much compression. I have a slender female foot but a size 9.5 so I bought the Large size, so I think I sized it right, but they didn't really compress. I'm going to try another brand. (also want to mention that I'm an RN, so I've seen & felt a few different compression garments over the years, can recognize a difference in materials and compression strength)5/29/15 update: been thinking about these hose further and have some additional feedback to offer those that are considering this purchase. They may actually be very well suited for certain people and here's why: Very tight compression materials are very hard to put on (hurtful to hands and back for the elderly OR just any less flexible person). I know this from being a nurse and helping patients put on their compression hose and socks! So...if you choose to buy a much tighter material, you may have to wrestle to put them on. So there is a need for softer compression types, like this one. Not a perfect world, you'd get less compression than you might like- but at least you can get them on easily! Something to consider! But also be aware of THIS: if this hose or any other ones leave a deep depression on your skin at the top or bottom band, they are not good for you. You have to expect somewhat of a imprint of course, and you'll see more of that if you have edema- but if its really binding at either end (you'll know this because the imprint will last for as long as an hour or more when you take them off!), then they are COUNTER-PRODUCTIVE and put you at a risk for a clot.I know I've said alot but I'll summarize my feedback this way: if you are not very flexible for putting on hose, or have edema, or fat feet/legs (sorry for bluntness!) first off: buy UP a size. And you may indeed want to consider purchasing THIS softer brand of compression hose. But don't leave them on all the time: my suggestion is to take them off after two hours maximum (or after exercising) and reapply again later if you wish. Its the very top band (at calf) and the very bottom band (near toes) where problems arise if the compression item doesn't fit well or is to tight- so do be sure to not leave them on all the time & to check out how your skin looks when you take them off! I hope all this was helpful with your purchasing decision!

There's better alternatives for plantar fasciitis
These compression socks are good to an extent depending on activity you’re trying to find relief in and the damage to your arches. I’ve been diagnosed in the past as having plantar fasciitis from collapsed arches mostly likely strained through a combination of continuous heavy rucks and long distance running in not so supportive boots. The purpose of getting compression sleeves is to promote better blood circulation and reduce swelling which can relieve a lot of pain for people. Wearing these compression socks around the house, while sleeping or while at work will reduce a lot of discomfort for some. More strenuous activities will need to involve physical therapy.About CompressionZ socks:1. Quality- The material is soft and comfortable but lacks durability. One wash in a delicate load and the threads are starting to fray. You have to be very gentle putting these on. Scrunch it up and place at heel of foot before pulling tightly in either direction. I don’t see these lasting long at all.2. Price- $30 and not be a big name brand, that’s quite a lot on Amazon. And the fact they are not durable does not make me feel to assured they will last long. Good performance socks can be had cheaply at almost any store nowadays. These probably have the most reviews hence everyone looking at them as a miracle sock. I’m sure you can find just as good cheap alternatives on Amazon.3. Compression- The package did not state the mmHG nor was it in the description but I can tell they are a minimal compression sock. Personally, I’d prefer a higher compression but then that goes into full length socks.4. Sizing- I ordered a large for a men’s size 12. The first time I put them on they seemed too long extending past my outer toes. Now they seem to fit better after several uses. Conclusion:I did not find relief while running in these socks. For the price I do not feel they are a worthwhile investment since they are more of a crutch instead of a solution. I’d advise either a cheaper pair because I certainly wouldn’t be buying 8 pairs at this price or get physical therapy tools that will make a better long term aid to recovery and reconstruction. I follow some of Kelly Starrett’s therapy tips https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EOJPKu7DUfU and I find that a much bigger miracle. Tools I’d recommend looking at would be a lacrosse ball, low resistance bands and a foam roller.

It works!
I developed plantar fasciitis about 6 months ago, tried various remedies but nothing worked until I discovered these foot sleeves on Amazon. Have been wearing one for nearly a month now and it really works! Didn't wear it one day as it's not the most attractive thing when you're dressed up for a day out and the pain returned within a matter of hours. It took another day to subside. Added advantage of just needing one on my right foot is that I can have one on and one in the wash. Perfect! Can highly recommend to anyone with this problem.

Foot Sleeves (1 Pair - Pink L) Best Plantar... CompressionZ
I am having to return these as they are well undersized but a great idea. If you buy just make sure you buy a size bigger than you usually do and they will be great. A really good thing for Planter Faciatis (pain in the heels!) I could not give you a bad feedback as the compression is just in the right place and they are an excellent idea.

I have arthitis in my foot and poor cirulation. I was advised by Podiatory to try a support as my foot is always very cold and sore. I purchased these on the off chance that they would help support my foot during the working day. I was more than surprised at the comfort they give, it seems that I am now walking on a cushion rather than on little bones moving around in the sole of my foot. "

Barefoot Bliss
I have peripheral neuropathy which means my feet hurt all the time and I can't even walk around barefoot on carpet let alone on a hard floor without cramping up. BUT I can with these!! The nude shade is spot on. I'm planning on using them as winters socks for flip-flops as well

Compression Relief
After suffering with Plantar fasciitis for weeks and having to stop training I purchased two sets of these based on the feedback, and I am glad I did. I wear these when working and get a lot of relief, after work I take them off but still benefit with pain free walking. Priced similar item at Boots, price was 29.99, Highly recommend these.
