We'd give it 6/5 if possible...
This collar has changed our lives for the better. Trying to train our Cocker Spaniel with positive reinforcement worked well to a point, but it did not allow us to set boundaries and let him know when he is doing something wrong. This collar allowed us to do that.After the first day of using the squirt function a few times alongside the warning beep, we now only need to use the beep to tell him when he is doing something wrong. As soon as he stops doing the thing we don't want him to, then we are able to treat him as a reward.The collar and remote are very easy to set up and use. The battery on the collar lasts a week at least.Highly, highly recommended. We used to dread going for walks as we were pulled around and embarrassed when he barked at birds, now we look forward to taking him out.

It works but battery doesn't last very long
When the battery is full, it works really well and definitely stop my puppy bark, a good training collar, however, the battery got very short life, even I charged it up 100% and leave for next day, then later found it's low battery so have to charge it up again before use. Bought it a while ago so can't return it, will just have to keep charging it.

Disappointed
The product was delivered quickly and is as described. The collar itself is lightweight and compact. The remote control setting is responsive, but I found the buttons too sensitive and not very tactile. Tim8ng is crucial for this sort of training aid to be effective, so it's counter productive for it to be set off by accident or for there to be too much of a delay while looking for the right button.As for the auto setting, this does not appear to work on my device, even on full charge and high sensitivity mode.These collars are a great tool, as my dog does respond to the beep and the spray. However, I would not buy this particular product again. It might be worth spending more to get a more reliable device.

This product is brilliant 100% works
This product is brilliant a little expensive this is the 3rd anti bark device I have tried and 100% love it auto setting when Iam not home and remote use when Iam home just to train my stubborn English bull puppy.

Can we get a refund/replacement?
This product worked intermittently, it did the job when it worked but sometimes just wouldn’t spray even though it was fully charged and we had filled it. It has now stopped working altogether and we are not sure why, it also won’t turn off...

Doesn’t work on every dog
Not have any effect on my dog whatsoever. Waste of money.

My dog barks constantly I bought this because it is rechargeable as others I have used used expensive batteries which didn’t last long As soon as my dog has this one on She stops barking It is early days as only had it 4 days but at the moment I am very pleased
