A few points, it is noisy at anything above the lowest setting (pulse 1). However it is not suitable for all night use and this is not a big problem by day. The pulse setting speed is fixed and one needs to adjust breathing rate to match it which is not easy or possible sometimes but the continuous does not have that problem.It does not deliver 100% oxygen but just a marginal increase, maybe doubling air O2 ratio, so the effect is not instant but does bring up the SpO2 level by maybe 1% for me. Everyone is different. Very light and easy to use and carry. If one needs O2 while at rest this is not really suitable, but it does seem to give a boost while walking or doing exercise.I am happy with the purchase which does represent value for money.

This machine is a god send. I have copd and using it just one hour really gives me a lot more energy to do my daily chores. It’s nice to look at and small enough to be carried comfortably. Would definitely recommend
