Almost great
The computer is great except the battery will not charge. It will not charge at all. Terribly disappointing otherwise would be five stars.**UPDATE**Changed to five stars. Contacted seller about battery issue and was overnighted another charge which does hold a charge. Very pleased.

Buyer beware!!!!
I purchased this laptop and upon arrival I noticed the battery was bad and had trouble charging it. I notified the seller wanting to return. They sent a battery to try instead. The battery they sent didn't work either so I tried to trouble shoot myself and get another battery to try from a different working computer. Once I tried a working battery on this computer it still wouldn't work correctly I knew something was really wrong with the computer. I reached out again and the seller told me he knew the batteries were bad, it's a known problem and my warranty expired so I'm out of luck. When the seller states in description "The product is fully functional, and in excellent condition." -- it's a lie and the seller admitted it in communication to me. They know the battery will not work but is not disclosing this information in description and trying to delay you until out of warranty. It's a scam and they know it. Very disappointed, I wasted many hours and 1K on this.

Buyers - Be cautious as this is not a properly refurbished order
Ordered the refurbished model. As the slightly-smarter-than-average technology user, I found the sticker on the bubble wrap odd, as a factory-set laptop wouldn't require you to run a 'healthy' computer check of any kind once a week with these prompts. When I plugged the laptop in and booted the laptop up, it immediately logged me in to the 'Panasonic' user profile, with two options for guest profiles to be set up and created, and there appeared to be no available admin settings available under the profile it automatically prompted me to log into. It followed all the normal prompts to set up the standard microsoft suite in the way you'd expect them to be set up, but there were several non-factory programs already installed and on the desktop as icons. Another weird thing for a REFURBISHED laptop that A NORMAL NON TECH SAVVY USER wouldn't think to be a big deal and likely delete these icons.Attention to the average computer user that sees this and thinks "That's a laptop I'm likely to not break" and is not tech savvy enough to know better - this is not normal, please make sure you FACTORY RESET the laptop immediately. Now, I can't fully confirm what the intention of the person was when they set up an admin profile and prompt, but the average non-tech savvy consumer might believe they needed to do that for computer health and subsequently dump all of their data over to you.

Battery Life
Battery was advertised to be 80%Charged Toughbook overnightStarted Toughbook on battery only - showed battery at 100% - however at 2 min and 35 seconds the Toughbook showed a battery warning of battery at at 10%Had to purchase a replacement batteryAlso the windows 10 install had extraneous software which I deleted - should be a clean install of Windows 10
