I really loved this book & the helpful advice it has to offer on day-to-day communications and also for when you're in a tough situation & need to sort it out.

It's worth another star. Beautiful book!

A bit old communication pattern, but still useful for basic as well as advanced practitioners, gives vital information.

The content in the book is great. However I received a copy that looked like a used copy despite having paid for a brand new one.

Poor quality paper. Trying to return it.
