BrevillePulp Container for the Die Cast Juice Fountain Elite 800JEXL

If this had fit our older model it would have been fantastic. I had to return it though because it was too tall for the Breville we had.

Item is too big, I ordered by model number and my product should only be 8 inches tall. What do I do to get the right part?Help

This item came up when I typed in a search for a basket for my Breville BJE430 Juicer. so I ordered it.It arrived today and is not compatible with my machine.When I tried to return it I read it can not be returned.I saw nothing on the add stating it was not returnable.Don't get tricked like I did.
