this cleaned up the signal. i run it into an fm splitter and then to 4 coax lines via non-powered splitters and it's perfect so far on the tv. 101 channels. have not treid the fm antenna lines yet.

Good product for money and it is protecting any surge in power does what it's recommended to do.

The PBD Filter + Surge Protector makes perfect sense when installing a metal antenna on your roof that can under the right conditions act as a lightening rod! Why take a chance on frying your electronics, or worse, when you can protect against all of that for so little cost and effort. Install is very easy and PBD provides good instructions and diagrams. I've also found their Tech Support to be very responsive and helpful.. Just Do It...

Waiting for this piece took a while. Waiting for the antenna from amazon, to setting it up, than ordering and getting this piece, took about a month. This is a necessary to protect your tv's from lighting and other possible electrical surges. The delays are probably due the virus. It since it is necessary for some installations, (I only found out why after reading the directions.), they offer a choice with the reason why to customers who want to buy this great antenna.

Put it on the TV and actually made some channels worse and lost others.

This filter completely solved my problem! I am in the Inland Empire, just SE of Los Angeles, and was unable to keep a consistent signal during peak hours to KNBC and KTLA. This corrected any signal problems I was having by filtering out the unwanted signals and just letting in what I need to get TV. Thank you for a great product!

Using this as a peace of mind object to save the antenna and components from any surges in my electrical system. No way to actually test it out, and will just rely on it's usefulness.
