I appreciate that it came with 2 different sheaths for different carry methods. The blade overall feels solid enough to do hard tasks with like batoning but light enough to be an effective fighting knife. The seax design is a classic. The details are nice and don't interfere with overall feel and function. It's all one piece aside from the wrap which indexes nicely, so no issues with fit and finish. If you like knives, get it as a gift to yourself or for a knife collector as it is wonderful as a gift. Only downside is that the edge grind needs some work, but most knives need that from the manufacturer so it's worth investing in a sharpening set, preferably diamond stones for quicker use and greater versatility.

Beautiful blade, medium weight, very sharp right out of the packaging. Got thus to replace my old knife and I think it's a major upgrade.

Love the blade.Great style, weight, and shaped well.Sharpness was good. However, upon inspection there was a small roll in the blade. But that was taken care with a honing stone and got it out.The sheaths. The vertical one, great design, belt loop hole could be a little bigger.The horizontal or the scout styled one. Good quality leather. Belt loops are uneven and even if designed that way, the angle should point the handle up, not down. But I can fix the myself.Overall. Worth it. This just for quality purpose review

i carry this everyday and almost everywhere ther craftsmanship alone is Steller keeps and an edge had it for 3 years at this point named it ravens beak have used it for almost everything a normal knifes been through plus more never been worried it was to flimsy has withstood the test of time highly recommended

Love the seaux itself very well made and authentic mine just came a step from finished i think. The hilt end of the blase was made jagged so I cannot hold and use the knife comfortably. Very sad because it is a nice blade overall

Really cool knife. Looks handcrafted and holds an edge pretty well. Nice sheath that is old school. That is, it does not keep the knife from slipping out easily. The knife arrived like it had just been forged and never cleaned. I took it out of the package and within seconds my hands were absolutely black. Took a while to clean it up.
