I like that the rubber tail piece is solid, makes for less breaking points. It had been a very long time since i soldered wires so my first attempt was sloppy and not clean. Luckily this product could take the heat of redoing my work on one of the ends. I can't speak for how long they will last but I do like that they are color coated so on a multiple set up of vocalists or a drum set it's easier to remember what's what and find lines if needed

Liked the color coded ends. But the plastic screw on sleaves should be thicker to prevent possible breakage. It should be made of metal instead of plastic. Otherwise, the product is good for the money.

Used on with cable made last night and it worked well. They are solder on a crimp the shield afterward. need to right size cable to fit in the plastic hole. My cable was perfect fit.

Soldering around the plastic body that holds the pins is more difficult due to a paper sleeve. The plastic also melts at a lower temp than my neutric interconnects do. If used in a static application, these would probably be ok, but not really road worthy'

Easy to solder in your wires, we are using cat6 cable for our runs and so far work great.
