The quality and value of the ramekins is good. The sides are vertical (i.e. not tapered towards the bottom). I was torn between getting the 8oz size and the 6oz size. I opted for the 8 oz size. These are slightly large for flan/creme brulé for a single serving, but don't need to fill them to the top. The 8 oz size looks to be perfect for a dessert crumble, cobbler, or crisp single dessert. 8 oz is also a good size for an individual pot pie.

I had been wanting ramekins this size for individual deserts. The packaging for them was good and there were no chips or cracks, which was what I was concerned about. These are the perfect size!

Set of 8 is is gr8. Soooo much nicer looking than my “classic” glass pie.rex glass ramekins (but same same size/capacity), AND perfect for more decadent desserts like lava cakes. Four fit in my 9x9 pan, OR Six fit in a 9x13” for water-bath (crème brûlée.) ->While it is true that on their own, they lean when stacked; a stack of 3 stayed in place on my slide-out rack…BUT, I discovered *IF* I put a fluted cupcake paper in between each one, ALL 8 STACKED STRAIGHT (albeit a precariously tall, thin tower!!) I chose 2 stacks of 4 to suit my space. Custom, secure packing material and box; also great for gift giving. ->CUSTOMER SERVICE impressively attentive/prompt. I sent pic of a glazing flaw on a ramekin, and a replacement SET was IMMEDIATELY sent. I checked for blemishes, and quickly returned the first set to avoid payment for 2 sets, per our agreement for their *immediate* replacement transaction :-)

Perfect and portion controlled for desserts. I wish there were lids that fit these ramekins. I have not been able to find lids.

I was sad that more than one of the ramekins came damaged but they are good. I like them because they are easy to clean.

Bought these for a caramel apple charcuterie board and didn’t end up needing them because I borrowed some from a neighbor but they were cute and appeared to be great quality!

Well packaged. Arrived quickly. And, they work great! I bought them to use to make individual desserts like the chocolate soufflé pictured. As you can see, they held up well in the oven, and then in the dishwasher. They have a classic, simple look, and are the perfect size for small, individual desserts. I’m happy with this purchase, and look forward to trying other desserts in them.

These are a perfect replacement for cupcake pans and cupcake holders. They are also nice to serve food in.
