Old dog returned to our rescue, probably 12-23, Aussie about 50 pounds, and was just super disoriented and scared and not seeing or hearing well at all for the first month or so and I was going to try Bright Mind which is for dogs like this, but my vet suggested Neurocare and I think it made a dramatic difference. It took about 2 weeks and I know it can't fix old eyes and ears, I think it has lit up the part of the brain that interprets the input so the next effect is he is functioning so much better and no longer seems so confused and scared.

My Vet. recommended for my Yorkie that's 14 years old. I cannot believe the change in him. He has more energy. He has a sharper brain, and he loves the taste. They are a little hard ball. I grind them in a coffee grinder and mix them with his food. Highly recommend. Do needs a Vets prescription.

My dog is a picky poodle, and she loves this stuff. I was a little surprised, since she usually gobbles up fish flavored food this quickly. Aside from taste, she does seem happier, more energetic, and more affectionate now. (We switched from Jinx.) I'm still not sure how much this helps with her dementia after two months of this food -- she still constantly wanders, including at night, and she also pees and poops everywhere -- but since she's happier now, I'm going to keep buying it.

My dog had dementia and my vet recommended this product. I was sceptical but tried anyway. After just two weeks I noticed a remarkable difference in him. He was much more alert and almost back to himself again. This product WORKS!

My dog ate maybe 2 bites. I gave it too my son for his dog and he wouldn't eat it either.
