Nice reagent for baking breads
Nice product and packaging also very good ..it's quite big in size I taught it would be normal package but it's really big size of plastic tin

Fake powder
I had purchased this powder to add to my bread as i bake bread. Unfortunately this powder does not do what it says. I mean it says by adding this powder the shelf life of the bread will be extended for more days, but unfortunately it does not extend the shelf life of my bread. Not even for 2 days. Wasted my money by buying this calcium propionate powder.

This powder is NOT preservative.tested it and results show it could NOT preserve bread at high ratio(0.4% of bread dough by weight) too,Did Not even save bread for 3 days after baking !Did Not even save bread even when stored at 2-3C in refrigerator.These results show this is Not Calcium Propionate powder, this seems mixed and adulterated powder being sold in the name of Calcium Propionate!Save your money, stay away.After tests, this review is being written with weighed consideration for safety of Amazon and members.
