This Saw Palmetto was selected as Puritan Pride generics are well-known, well-made, seem to be reliable, (and the little gel caplets are a pleasure to swallow too!) Results in my case have been excellent with lessened urinary symptoms, which is really appreciated! I think I'll be ordering these for a long time to come!

A similar product from NOW that I have used for years is no longer available, so I tried Puritan's Pride and it works just as well.

Purchased this first time in ‘22 and although it’s a great product, it was less than $10 (reason for 4 stars) at that time! With everything else going up in price, I can understand some price increase but this is somewhat ridiculous. Many more products to choose from now for a lot less more cost efficient.

My hairline was receding so I tried this as a dht blocker for mpb. After ~8 months or so of using this product not only has my hair not receded further but I’ve actually gotten regrowth as well. So I think saw palmetto actually works but I’ll continue to use to see further results.

I used about 1/2 a bottle over time, taking as directed, but noticed no real change. Ended up going ahead and submitting to a prescription for Tamsulosin (aka, FloMax) which, of course, works like a champ. Like all herbal remedies (it seems), what works perfectly for some may not work at all or minimally for others.

Purchased as DHT blocker to get hormonal (perimenopause) hair loss under control. Within a couple of days of using, stop shedding handfuls of hair. I do use other supplements and hair products that I tried before getting this, but none worked as well so quickly. It also cured my insomnia. Everyone is dif, im no doctor, fyi more is not always better, took higher amount had awful nightmares. Love that it doesn't have unnecessary fillers
