I'm really impressed with this. Very easy to use done two hour long sessions over two days with it and it's still full battery!Very easy to use once you know the controls and light, easy to wear whilst moving around the house and has a wide range of different settings available.I've had a stiff, sore leg for a few days and my leg certainly felt a lot better the next day after using this.I can't get over how small it is, I remember our old tens machine and it was like a brick! The unit is old iPod sized with two sockets for four pads at one time.Very well packaged, clear instructions and even has a little carry pouch and clip.

Really good unit for the money especially compared to places like Boots. Came fully charged and battery lasts forever. I've been using it daily since it came and only needed to charge twice in 5 days. Small and light, comes with a little storage bag and belt clip. Nice clear instructions.Takes a bit of trial and error to position the pads but once you get it right it's brilliant. Lots of different modes but I really only use the first default setting. Lots of power, about 6 or 7 bars is on the threshold of too much and full strength is eye-watering. 4 or 5 is just right for me.Same day delivery was an absolute lifesaver when I blew out a disc in my back.

I had e very painful shoulder pain which prevented me from sleeping. So I placed and order for the next day delivery. I used it as soon as it arrived. You have to find out where the pads are best placed for your pain. Once done it works. But you need to work out which setting is best. Start low but don't over do it. It helped me a lot. Don't drive while using it. If one of the pads comes off then sticks back on you get a sudden jolt. It makes you jump. The pads stay in place provided you place the wires so they don't get pulled. Your pick this up as you use it. The pads last weeks provided you clean them in warm water. Just rub your thumb over them. Keep them in the sealed packet when not being used for a long time. Or use the plastic holder for short term use. The battery lasts 2 and a half days with the 2 pad set up, and almost constant use. With the 4 pad setup I don't know. If you have pulled a tendon ore ripped something. Keep it low as the higher setting will do more harm. Check with a doctor if not sure. It has all kinds of settings which suit different pain problems. Its a case of try which one works for you. If the pain wont go away ask a doctor. It does work but you need to make sure the pads are either side of the pain for best results. And on softer skin areas keep the power low. Above all read the instructions. You may need pills if there is inflammation of the muscles or more sever muscle damage. Apart from that the Auvon tens machine works well. I can recommend it as the pain I was in was brining me to tears. It took me a little time to work out where to best place the pads and the settings. But once done it gradually bought my life back to normal. If it wont help you, then there is a more serious underlying problem.

Purchased one for myself to relieve back and stomache pains. Worked a treat. Also found it is great for relaxation and to aid focus. I have AuDHD so prone to my thoughts running at a million miles an minute and can get distracted. But I found a setting that aids me maintain focus, which was a surprising but happy discovery. Battery life on it is great. It can be quite powerful (some of the settings are uncomfortable - don't remove the pads when in operation, like I did! You feel it through your finger tips - NOT fun!) small. Compact. Easy to transport. Great value for money. So good, I ended up buying one for my son and his partner as gifts for Uni. They love theirs.

Purchased this being very sceptical that it would actually do anything. I have been aware of these TENS machines for a while but thought it was just a gimmick. After suffering lower back pain off and on for the last few years, I thought I would give one of these a try. I can't believe that it actually works, and gives decent pain relief. I am not silly and realise that it's not taking the pain away, it's giving you a different sensation to pain. This actual product is well packaged, comes fully charged ready to use, and with very clear instructions. These used to cost £100's and though this might be a case of you get what you pay for. It isn't. There are plenty of programs and intensity to choose from. From a very mild tingle, to OUCH. Just buy one. It's brilliant.
