I purchased this product in 2021 for our wet bar. We converted from a dated 80s style to more modern industrial look. This faucet worked great and fit in well with our theme.The best part came 2 (!) years later when the faucet started dripping after we turned it off. I contacted the company for help and they quickly sent me a replacement unit. I uninstalled the old one, installed the new one, and our wet bar is back in service!

Super easy to install in a great value for the money. Water pressure is good from this faucet.

I bought this faucet for my reverse osmosis undercounter system. This faucet is a 3/8" faucet vs the standard 1/4" faucet. which enables me to fill pitchers of water much quicker. Recently the faucet developed a drip when not in use and I hate to waste anything. I must admit even though the faucet says it has a lifetime warranty I was not holding out too much hope in getting a response. Not only did Aolemi respond, but with a few emails back and forth to prove I had a claim, a new faucet appeared at my door.Thank you Aolemi for not only making a good product, but to stand by your product with a warranty.

Looks sturdy. Finish has a professional look. No information/instructions on how to replace cartridge washer. No part number for parts list. Try unsuccessful to get information from seller on the part number for the brass cartridge. Information received with link, did not work. will purchase another IF i get the guidelines how to replace cartridge. will recommend the sites to others. Prices are affordable

Works as promised, used in a high volume filtered water application. The faucet did develop a drip after around 22 months of use, but Aolemi customer service was quick to provide a replacement with a simple explanation of the issue - unexpected, but truly appreciated.

Really like this faucet. We use it in our cab over with a small sink, it’s nice and tall, dark finish that hasn’t scratched or chipped away. I think our pipes froze even tho we winterized it and let the water out. Something broke in it. I emailed customer service to see what their warranty was and they were able to send me a new unit complimentary. So if there’s any issues they are very responsive. Highly recommend this company.

Great look and perfect fit, we installed them at our fish cleaning station. much better than the plastic fixtures that came with the sinks.

No connection to my garden hose provided for water to my camp/outside sink. I had to buy $14 worth of parts to make it work and connect to the hose. Works good and nice looking. Arrived quickly. Should last me years without a problem. They had other connection choices but not for the garden hose.
