I purchased with the intention of controlling Lumary recessed ceiling lights. The load line is indicated as required but it's only required if you are controlling non-smart lights. If controlling other Lumary lights, leave the load line capped and disconnected. Create a new room in the Lumary app and move the lights you wish to control to that room and create a group for them if not already done. Leave only the switch in the room in the Lumary app and rename it to your room. To turn on your smart lights via the switch, view the "Smart" tab in the Lumary app and click the + button. Set the condition to "When device status changes" and select your switch. You are given two options - select Switch, then select ON. Now select "Run the device" and select your light group. Select "ON/OFF" and select "ON". Repeat to create a rule for "OFF". Now you can turn on and off your smart lights using the switch. With only the switch in the room, your voice commands to Alexia/et all will control the switch and the switch will control the lights. This method will have the lights turning on/off at the same time vs Alexia changing them in sequence.To control brightness, create rules using the same method above but select "Brightness" for the status change. On the brightness indicator, select <21. Set the group brightness to 20. Create subsequent rules and create >20 and set the brightness to 40 and when that's done, you can add another condition to <41 and set the condition to match all rules. You'll need to create triggers for each increment for brightness.

First time I use this brand of switch. It was a little hard to connect to the app but once I connected it, it worked great. Alexa works fine with it.It turns the light on very harshly on LEDS which bothers me but I’m picky 😬I’ll recommend it since it’s cheap and well made. Does the job on budget.

These dimmers are fantastic for the price. The touch sensitive slider works every time and the installation was easy. The only con is the dimming is "stepped" and not smooth, so you have maybe 5 or 6 levels of brightness, and it steps between them creating a weird strobe-like effect as it ratchets between the levels instead of smoothly transitioning between levels. It's a minor gripe though, and I'm thrilled otherwise.

Installing the dimmers is very straight-forward. You need the white neutral wire though. For some reason, this is the dimmer that finally worked in my home, I had tried a few models from different vendors earlier and none of them worked for me. The product works as advertised and the app accompanying it is fairly simple to setup and use. Even tethering to the app is easy.I replaced switches with these dimmers and I realized that these dimmers have more depth than the regular switches. But I was able to pack it in inside the electrical box. I got these dimmers on a discount and the reduced prices makes these devices pretty attractive. Plus the quality of these switches is good, they look and appear solid. I like the interface used to control the lighting intensity. Swipe up and down to dim the light and click to switch off/on. It works as a standard dimmer and I don't hear any sound. Its been over a month since I have started to use them and so far no complaints. Would definitely buy it again.

As an electrician this was very easy to install and setup and much cheaper than the $50 Leviton wifi switches I was using ( Leviton does not need a neutral wire unless you buy the cheaper $30 model ) Lumary is still half the price and worth every dimeSome people would not like the lighting on the switches themselvesLeviton brand does not have any lights one them however I kind of like the light on the dimmer itselfThese are the same brand as my soffit lights in the front and back of my house so they have I big line of lighting choicesMake sure you have a neutral wire first and if you don’t know what that is just get someone else to install for you

Was sent an opened box. One of the two switches had been used. Had some damage at screw holes and black marks on face.Have not installed either switch yet but I assume the used one does not work. I only planned on using one and having the other as future spare replacement.Will update after install.

These came quickly. They were as described. Very easy to set up with Alexa. We replaced 2 switches with two of these with no difficulties. When I don’t feel like talking to Alexa, I can very easily just push the switch to turn on the lights. The dimming feature works well. I also like that they are illuminated as well. The only issue we had was that they were replacing switches in a box with 4 switches and we had to use the old switch plate because these only come as individual switches. They stick out a little since they are made to go with their own plate and, therefore, you have to use a traditional switch plate. I would rather have a more modern looking one but it’sOK. Other than that, the switch Is great.

we bought these for our LED ceiling lights, so far have great control of the lights, connects up easily to our phones, we can turn on the lights anywhere our phones connect and get feedback that the lights are on, wife used to make up excuses to head home because she doesn't like dogs to be in the dark, now I can turn the lights and she is happy,there is also a timer that you can setup to turn the lights on/off at predetermined times, that also works greatone great advantage, leave the lights on while going to bed, once you get into bed you can turn them off from phone, no more stumbling around in the dark - GREAT product thanks
