With everyone working from home now with the lockdown I looked at getting a new printer; but then I found my old one covered in dust at the back of the cupboard. I remembered the cautionary tale when you first buy the printer; use only genuine cartridges (the cheap cost of the printer offset by the manufacturers making their money through selling expensive refills)I’ve always bought the HP refills in the past for fear of damaging the print head but as this printer was older and I wasn’t sure it would work at all I didn’t want to spend a fortune on new ink.So, I cleaned the printer heads and fitted these cartridges. First of all they were a perfect fit, as easy to install as the manufacturers originals. Secondly the quality test - I was surprised how good the colours are and how well it prints on paper; absolutely no issues at all! When first installed the printer flags up an “incompatible cartridge” error but you click ok, and you’re good to go. I’d highly recommend these cartridges and will be ordering more in future.

Apart from being a great alternative to the original the print quality is just as good as HP..it was very affordable..and easy to install with no mess! I recommend this product and I will certainly purchase again.

Bought them for the first time, had no issues with these, easy to install, good colouration, I would buy these again.

Have always previously bought expensive branded printer cartridges so was a bit hesitant to buy these.However, they work as well as the expensive branded version with good quality colour but using ‘incorrect brand’ may invalidate guarantee - if wish to claim.

Maybe this is a "one off" but the Black Ink Cartridge didn't work? When I selected to print just in black (not colour) the writing was almost invisible. I spent quite a lot of time and paper on aligning/cleaning heads etc. but couldn't get it to work :-(. Also to say is that when I unpacked I did note that 2 of the cartridges were in unsealed packages. I didn't think anything of it at the time, but I wished now I recorded which colours they were. I've used non genuine inks before without hassle, so I'm putting this down as me just being unlucky

Having recently purchase this product, we are rather disappointed in the quality of it. Having inserted the cartridges, and removed and reinserted the cartridges to double check we'd got them inserted correctly, the colour quality isn't great and the magenta isn't working at all. We have had to remove it completely or the printer will not work at all. We will not be purchasing again.
