Was easy for my 15-year-old grandson to install. Works well takes a little getting used to for me as I am rather large bottomed and sometimes sit on the controls so it surprises me. But I am very happy with it and would buy this product again.

Butt Buddy providing hot and cold water wash is very easy to install, and easy to use. My annoyance is that to use hot water in my Bathroom, I need to run the hot water for 1-2 minutes because water from the hot water tap runs cold until it warms up. When it warms up, I can run Butt Buddy at very low flow until the hot water reaches it. I know it has reached Butt Buddy by using my hand to feel the temperature of the water. Not a big problem, I just need to make this adjustment every time I use it. Thanks for a good product.

Liked the fact that all components were included, well fitted. Works as advertised. Only critique is their install instructions. Simple pictogram. Was glad I had some plumbing experience, but for those unfamiliar these very vague instructions could really complicate the installation. Recommend they include detailed text instructions to clearly help with install.

Easy to install and to use.

I spent a few years overseas and experienced the comfort and convenience of a bidet as most restrooms even in some 3rd world countries, had them. I returned and of course bidets were not a thing in the US. Time marched on and a physical issue prompted me to consider one. I searched for and settled on the Butt Buddy based of ratings, price and performance. I received it and had it installed in less than an hour. The quality, ease of install, and the pure comfort prompts a 5 star rating. Whay did I wait so long??

This was an Amazon suggestion, while I was just searching for a new toilet seat.My husband laughed at me when I told him what I had ordered and what he now has to install (took him maybe 15min) but he uses it as much as me.I feel so clean!Every adult on my Christmas list is getting one of these.Anyone thinking it might be more “personal massager” use… totally isn’t. Much more like a refreshing shower for downstairs a a few times a day.(LADIES: think that time of the month, when you feel like you want to constantly shower)(MEN: think no more embarrassing skid marks)

Unsatisfied with this product as it stopped working in less than a month after installation. It was passed the return date.
