BlochDance Women's Flow Slip On Jazz Shoe

Bought the Bloch Flow Jazz Shoes in black and in the same size as I've bought the Bloch Super Jazz, and I've worn them a couple times now. They are fantastic for turns, but are quite tight. I'm hoping they will eventually stretch out to fit properly. I've gotten some hot spots around my pinkie toes - again, I hope they will break in, or my feet will. My main complaint is that the shoes have stained my feet black, especially around the heels. Next time I will will get these in nude, or buy with the Bloch Super Jazz again, which I really like but get stinky after 4 months or so.Update: Five months later, and I bought the tan ones this time, a half size larger, and they are amazing. The previous black pair has held up much better than the Super Jazz and has only now started to get stinky after 4-6 days/wk, 2-6 hour/day of being suctioned to my feet (still too tight). They are not even unusable - they are just becoming my secondary pair to use at congresses. I upped my rating to 4 stars after getting these in tan. Still -1 for the black ones staining my feet (which they still kinda do after 5 months!) but I have high hopes for the tan ones.

Love how these shoes are made- the rubber heel is great since it will not settle into the shoe like other jazz shoes. The sole also has 3 different materials so you can turn on any surface. I originally ordered a whole size up (9) since my other Bloch jazz shoes are that size. They were way too big so I went down half a size (8.5) and now they’re perfect! There is still a tad bit of room in the toe, but I feel that another half size down would be too small. So excited to dance in these!

Much more supportive than my other pair of jazz shoes. I really like the mesh and I feel my high arches supported more than in traditional jazz shoes. Look better in person than in pictures!

I bought the same ones in black almost 7 years ago, I constantly use them and they are still perfect! If you are looking for a jazz shoe that will last many many years and that it is amazing in every way this one is the perfect one! When you get them wear them maybe around the house while you are walking so they can get molded better to your feet!

Although I appreciate the arch of this jazz shoe, It is very bulky and the material bunches up when you point your feet! I would definitely not recommend these to people with amazing feet because they would be counterproductive. I’ve been dancing for 8 years now and these used to be my go-to jazz shoes for dance but I think It’s time for something different. I’ve only wore Bloch or Capezio dance shoes and I can definitely say that Bloch’s shoe sizing can definitely vary. I typically have to order half a size to a whole size up from street shoe in Bloch shoes, as opposed to Capezio dance shoes which are always my street shoe size.

I read some of the reviews before ordering and they had suggested to go a size and a half up. I am typically a 7 to 7 1/2 so I purchased an 8. They fit perfect, almost like a sock. This way I do not have to worry about them slipping off. I even have a little room in the toe area, I even have wider feet but they were great! I thought a size and a half would be way to much. I have been wearing them all week for three or more hours at a time for dance and have had no issues. Much more comfortable than other jazz shoes that I have had.

I wish when you were looking at the sizes it would give you the inches option to know what size would fit best. My daughter wears a size 4 1/2 shoe and we had to buy a size 7 womans. I was able to give the size 5 womens, which I originally bought to a friend whose daughter wears a size 2 1/2 big kids shoe. They definitely run smaller than shoe sizes. Besides the size issue the quality is great!
