lower glucose spike
I have only been taking this for a short time but I have been able to track my glucose spikes and this has helped to reduce the spike after a carb-heavy meal. It is an acquired taste, but I have got used to it. It is loose tea so make sure you have a strainer. I also found that 2 teaspoonfuls were too strong to begin with, so i reduced it to 1 and found it easier to drink.

Used these to make my own blend of healthy Tea, with olive leaves, curry leaves, and fennugreek leaves. nice with lemon and honey :)

I have searched for a sugar reducing herbal tea to reduce my blood sugar, this didnt do anything to help.
