Switched from another brand
Update: changed from 5 stars to 1. I do pellet therapy and this DIM was not working at all. It took me a couple of months to notice, but I’ve switched back to my old brand and am feeling so much better! Be careful - it’s not worth saving the money. Who knew DIM made such a huge difference!I switched from a more expensive brand and these work the same for me. I don’t really notice a difference with either brand, but my dr recommended I take it. I like that these are less expensive.
