As a supplement for blood sugar support I have seen no change from this product. I chose it because I have a hard time swallowing larger blood sugar supplement tablets and capsules. I had hoped a liquid would work as well. For me this has done nothing to lower my blood sugar.

So easy to use. Tasteless. Boosts my strength. All the minerals I have forgotten that I need.

It was ok. I dont know if it did anything for me. But I mite buy it again...
