Of all the 3rd party toner suppliers, Aztech is definitely among the best. Competitive pricing, excellent service, and every toner carton comes well-packed, with the tools (and instructions!) needed for doing chip transfers. With a defect rate that is already lower than the competition, they also stand behind their products when issues do occur. Support went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one. We will definitely continue using them.

I've been using these in our office for years - grant it I don't look forward to having to change it out because it is a slightly bigger ordeal than using an HP cartridge that already has a chip...but it's MORE than worth the savings. Terrific item and honestly I feel like they've gotten better over the years!

They should tell you that you have to remove the chip from your previous cartridge and replace it into their product - an impossible task as the chip is glued to plastic that you can't remove without damage to the chip. Ridiculous!

We purchased 4 toners for the price of 1 HP. Having replaced an HP toner, the print quality is the same if not even better with this 3rd party. The extra work comes in removing the chip from the HP toner and installing it in the toner. Can be a little tricky given the small size of chip but usually takes 5-10 min. Only other negative is that you can't monitor toner levels on the printer display as you can with HP Toner. Simple work around is to purchase 2 HP toners & when they are used up, use one chip for toner in the printer and put the 2nd in the backup to replace whenever the 3rd party runs out so you don't need to swap chip out when toner expires..

We bought the compatible toner cartridges in January of 2024 and so far we have used only ONE of the cartridges and it's working great. We have been printing 6 days a week (about 20-25 pgs each day) and the quality of the printing is still good.Keep in mind that you will need the chip from an original HP cartridge for these toners to work.We will be buying again as long as the other 3 remaining cartridges work as the 1st one !!

The cartridge was dried out. Customer service was professional and polite. They kept me informed via email and responded to my email within 24 hours or sooner.A new cartridge was shipped. It took awhile to receive it but I was given the tracking information so I was able to follow it.I suggest that you always have a back up cartridge on hand should this happen to you.I always deal with Aztec directly for technical support. I order through Amazon.
