Schaum's Outline of College Algebra, Fifth Edition (Schaum's Outlines) 5th Edition

The outline series has helped me many times in the past. It is great for refreshing old skills. The presentation of the material is clearly written and there are plenty of practice problems. I am confident that I will know the material if I start from page one and work through the practice problems to the end. The books also make good reference material.

Lots of fun for people who like math problemconcepts. As college textbooks since at least the 1970s when i was forst introduced to the Schsum's Outline series.

If you want to master math and can learn on your own, Schaums is necessary for you to have in your library.

Have loved these since college, wished they had color and more vivid diagrams.

This book is decent. I am a student who struggles with math and I found that this book offers very little explanation on the topics. The good thing is that there are plenty of practice problems. However if you don’t already know how to do them, they won’t be much help. It would be best used as a review book, not a textbook.
