I purchased this in May but wanted to wait until I complete the bottle before writing a review.First I've noticed my skin is glowing when I wake up in the mornings - before I used to think girl you ageing.My hair feels and look healthy.At first I thought it was because put my hair in braids to rest and then I remembered I been taking these.The capsules are a bit big so I struggle to take four so I spread them out during the day and I must I dont take them every day.I'm about to order my next bottle.

I have been taking this supplement for about six months and I have not noticed any visible difference in my skin and thinning hair the main reason I began to take it. I shall persevere for a while longer as I realise these things are not a quick fix and need to be taken long term. On a positive note, in conjunction with taking a daily glucosamine supplement, my joints aren’t as sore as they used to be, so from that angle I would suggest giving them a try.

Have used collagen for years.But not for my skin, I use it for bone and tissue repair, I originally started to use it after an operation on a wrist that need plating. This works well, helps with pain, no real taste or smell.Very high strength if you take 4 capsule a day.The value of money you get out of it, are the benefits.
