Q: Are these cleaned and filleted?

Yes, Just take them from the jar, lay them on some paper towels to dry off. Put them on a large glass plate, pour over some olive oil, some hot pepper flakes and eat with crusty bread. Just great.

Q: What are the ingredients?

Vinegar mainly, not salty like typical anchovies, unique taste, I recommend... Beware it ships cold so be sure to pickup shipment quickly

Serving size is whatever you want it to be. I don't know about the calories. You could probably search that on the internet.

Q: how long can we keep this in the refrigerator?

Using my mothers wisdom....Until it tastes funny, then throw it out. (smell would also work, but it always smells funny)
