Pet Dreams- 100% Memory Foam Dog Bed- Orthopedic & Reversible- Medium Fits 30" Midwest Crate - Denim Blue

Just got this for my dog as he will be having surgery in 2 days and will have to be crated for several weeks and I wanted him comfortable Went to wash it and undo the zipper. Couldn't even get it unzipped the metal zipper just broke. No bottom piece at all to it so now I am stuck with caver I cannot zip up. Poor quality.09/29/17- just received a package with a brand new replacement cover! And the zipper works! I went ahead and put the dog bed in the create with the broken zipper in the back before I received the replacement cover- It fit nicely in the crate and gives my big dog (100+lb) lots of cushion. I am always worried about pressure points as he is an older dog and had put the bed down and sat on it and could not feel the floor underneath.So adjusting to 5 stars as it really is a good quality bed.. the cover wasnt but the customer service was great!

My 2 Great Danes fight over who gets to sleep on this bed (not with teeth, just pushing each other out of the way). I didn't have to roll the bed out and fluff it up. I just rolled it out, set it on the floor and it settled on it's own. It is perfect for my restless Danes who like to move their beds around and I DON'T want them to move them. Both Danes sleep on the floor at the foot of my bed. I have a fairly roomy bedroom, but not big enough for 2 very big Danes to decide to lay where ever they want to, so I try to restrict them to a certain area - but I'm still stepping over heads and legs to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night >.<. This bed is heave enough that no matter how hard they try, they can't get it to move from where I place it (hehehe) and believe me, my female Dane tries her hardest. I have an older, lumpier bed that is a Kirkland bed and it seems that the loser of the bed war has to sleep on that bed - and usually that Dane doesn't look too happy. I've noticed that they use the 15 second rule. If one of they gets up from the "good bed" and isn't back in less than 15 seconds, they lose the bed....and boy howdy, have I seen some pretty dirty looks given from one Dane to another. So, I decided to order a 2nd bed so they both can have their own "good" bed. You can bet on it that they will still play musical beds - it's just how Danes are.

I have another pet dreams Bliss memory foam bed which is a stellar bed. The old one has the foam sewn into tubes in the bed so there is not settling or clumping. This one is open thru the bed. For some reason the foam is leaking out of the bed from someplace it is all over everything. Now it has been open for 3 hrs it is starting to self inflate so now it won't fit int he box for return. Not sure what we will do. Usually Pet Dreams has a lot of thought into their beds. Obviously not so much with this one. I will change this review if something extraordinary happens with it.Amazon was far more than accommodating in returning this. If you need to return it for problems then make sure you have a bigger box than what it came it.The Ortho Bliss by Pet Dreams has the memory foam sewn into tubes and is a much nicer bed.

Very substabtial memory foam material. When it came it was rolled up and vaccuum packed so it looked like a pancake, which was alarming at first, but after a couple of days it was full and super cushiony for my baby. He loves it and keeps giving me extra kisses.**1 year update! : we now have two dogs and both play with this bed, pick it up with their teeth, roll it around the floor and the cover hasnt ripped at all. The memory foam is still in great condition too. Every other bed I've owned is shot within 9 months. I'm really happy with the quality. Would definitely recommend this one.

The zipper was broke upon arrival. More of a pain to go through sending it back. The actual bed is nice, and the material seems pretty sturdy. I would have given it four stars if it weren't for the zipper. This should have been caught by quality control (if there was any).(UPDATE):I purchased a second bed and wasn't as happy. It never fully expanded after four days. I could tell it never would have either. So after reading other suggestions I tried using a blow dryer to help it expand but it never did. It actually started to fall apart. I probably won't buy another one of these. The price was and is to good to be true. My first bed seems to be holding up, but I can tell the bed material is starting to bundle up (break up).

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS DOG BED. I PAIDED $56 FOR THIS BED AND I HAVE TO THROW IT AWAY. MY DOG HAD DIARRHEA - BUT WHEN I TRIED TO REMOVE THE COVER TO WASH IT, I FOUND THE ZIPPER WAS DEFECTIVE AND I COULD NOT REMOVE THE COVER. NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.

This is my first time ever writing a review. I bought this same exact bed a year ago and couldn’t have been happier with it. It’s been great for my dog. So when I adopted another dog, naturally, I came back to this product. When it arrived, I could tell that it was different but I I decided to give it a try. I let it sit for the recommended 24 hours and even put it in the dryer for the 5 mins. It plumped up a little bit but it’s still pretty much flat. The quality has taken a nose dive and I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying this dog bed for their pup.***The picture I’ve included compares the green bed (new bed) to the one I got a year ago ( red, the good one).

This is a very nice foam dog bed and exactly what I was looking for. It is dense and feels just like the Tempur-Pedic mattress we used to own. Upon arrival, it comes very flat (and there is a slight order to the foam) and takes a while for the foam to expand. Once expanded it fit perfectly in the bottom of our 30" MidWest Life Stages double door dog crate. The material on the cover is exactly as pictured; a soft, pretty aqua blue. Our dog and I am very happy with this purchase.

We purchased this bed for our 80 lbs Bernese Mountain dog for her after surgery care. The size is perfect, and at the beginning the bed looked very comfortable. But few weeks later we discovered 2 major problems:1. The zipper was broken so there's no way to open the cover and take it off. At the end we just had to break zipper lock completely to be able to wash the cover. Now we either have to replace the whole zipper or leave the cover open (very unattractive but cheaper option).2. The middle layer is shredded foam. If you never move the bed everything is fine and you don't have a problem. But if you need to move it from one place to another then you have a problem. Shredded foam doesn't stay in place and spreads unevenly when you move the bed. So you end up having uneven surface - some places have more foam, some less. It's very hard to spread it evenly after that. Solid piece of foam would be much better.Other than that - great bed, our dog seems to be very comfortable on it.

We just ordered this bed for our German Shepherd who is going for ACL repair tomorrow.He is in a lot of pain right now as he is hobbling around with a bummed leg. The moment I got his bed set up he laid in it and let go the biggest sigh of relief. I hope it keeps him comfortable for the next very very long 12 wks!!

The bed is good quality but the zipper was broken. Too late to send back

Fits our crate perfectly, very dense and comfy for our large breed pup. Expensive IMO but worth it if it holds up. We put a crib mattress protector on it as a cover to make it easier to clean and protect it.

My dog hates this bed! will not lay on it.

Good product, looks really comfy. Dog hair is a little hard to remove.
