Such a shame. Bought this item after the first broke. On the third day using both juicers, both shorted the electricity in my flat, both broke, both have been verified by an electrician as faulty.Otherwise a great juicer, I bought it again after the first defect hoping it was just an issue with that one but it’s not. Don't know if any of these other reviews have experienced the same.

I've owned several juicers and this is the worst. When it jams (which sometimes happens with any juicer, even with thinly cut veg) the reverse function doesn't work. It's then impossible to pull the components apart. It should be a smooth slide/click/lock mechanism but that's far from the case. Will have to throw it away. Never left an Amazon review before, but had to warn others!

Good juicer, initial one had a fault but seller has since rectified.

Does not work

Bought one for xmas gift. It only started to be used by the end of january. Today it made a awkward sound and smell while was ON and it stopped working. It did NOT have an intense usage. It worked LESS then 2 months!!!!! Now amazon refuses refund!!!! DONT BUY!

Can juice apples, pears and other soft fruit well. Though you need to pre cut fruit in smaller pieces to go through the feeding hole...Constantly clogs when making juice out of celery, spinach, kale and other leafs. Not easy to clean when clogged, you will need to use something like narrow pliers to get the clogs out of “waste pipe”... otherwise you can even wash it out with water. The included cleaning brush does not help at all. Strange design...After working for 7 minutes juicing Carrots, Celery and fennel, you can smell slight burnt plastic smell from the motor... Then I stopped for 30min to cool down the juicer. Hopefully it will last...But it was cheaper than others...

it's a great device but would like to ask a question. can I remove the container for cleaning? if so, how?
