I want one of the metal 4arm trees ,how do l order .

They come in a pack of two only. Give the other one away.

How do you keep the arms in the base? What's the grub screw for?

I found if you push the arms into the base as far as you can they were secure enough, but if you really want them to be non removable then a small amount of epoxy resin should secure them. The grub screw secures the arm base to the main base.
