This is just a chin up bar with accessories intended for outdoor use in trees. As a result, the ropes are way too long for a chin up bar. Yes you can make it work but it would cheaper to just buy a chin up bar and any set of outdoor swings intended for trees. I bought this because I thought it would be adapted for use in a door frame. And while you can technically make it work with a significant amount of creativity, it's annoying especially considering the price gouging. I bought it a week ago for $50 less than the current price of $179 (I'm right this during the coronavirus shutdown). And even that price was far too much. I'm very skeptical of the validity of the other reviews at this point.

Not a single thing included is proportional to a normal height interior door. First of all, the blue “swing” is shown with an adult inside of it. The actual tube of blue fabric is 30”x29”. My 1yr old grandson won’t comfortably fit in it. The “trapeze bar rope is 80” long. Adjusted to the shortest possible length, the actual bar would hang too low for even a toddler. Which brings me to how things are supposed to hang from the metal bar. There are no clear ways to hang the single climbing rope. While there is a 3” ring at the top of the large rope- there is not a carabiner or other means of attaching it to the bar. There are NO instructions available. This is a glorified chin up bar with a bunch of unusable disproportionately sized odds and ends stuck in a box.

Installed this thing perfectly, then as I was tightening/extending the bar, it pushed my door jamb apart at the upper corner seam. Of course it did, this is simple physics. If I was looking for a tool to destroy my door jamb, this would be the exact thing I would want. Included very little instructions, which were poorly translated. Hopefully I will return and get a refund. Do not buy.

We bought this for my swing loving two year old just as our state was sent into lockdown... She uses this every day and more so on rainy days. Easy set up, but we needed to adjust the "ropes" so it didn't hang so low.
