Awesome deal
I call this my baby computer, because it is small. But it is also light weight. This is in better shape that what I thought. It looks like it was hardly used. So far everything works, and the sound quality isn't too bad. The price was one of the selling points. But the computer is better than what I paid for. 10 out 10 would buy again.

Not working- Used and dirty
Arrived with the box looking fine, must have been already damaged before shipping. Came out of the box looking scuffed. Dirt streaks all over the top and bottom, even a streak across the monitor. Would not turn on the first time until it was plugged in, but the power port hardly fits the plug since the bottom frame is bulging out. Could only get it to turn on once and was almost impossible to use with the worst touch pad design in existence. Sending it back to the seller so it can go to an e-waste dump where it belongs.

Needs a flux capacitor 😉
The product is great for some computer stuff. But somehow it always slows down. I have increased the GB memory space and speed. But it's still a little slow. It's good for kids to use. But not really anything after that. Also omg great price. So you get for what you paid for.

It glitches when opening up the laptop
I pretty much knew it would have some issues but the glitches get Annoying but otherwise it’s working decently

Finding a low priced computer
I like it. It is refurbished. Using it now. I bought it because of low price. I could not afford new. The only fault I have found, is, the power cord will not stay plugged into the computer, if I am not careful in moving it Glad I got it. I am retired and shut in a lot. Don't have a tv because I can't afford cable and internet both, so, the computer is my entertainment. I use it a lot Good value for the price. Will probably buy again, when needed.

Great for the purpose needed
I need background noise to sleep. I don't want to keep my expensive laptop out and on all night just to listen to a show. I buy a cheap 50$ one to replace the old. Works great!

So disappointed. Its not even a operating system that can safely update itself
I can not express how much chaos this chromebook created for us. When a child is waiting for something and it arrives only to be taken away because it simply is outdated, wont even function correctly because it camt update, therfore somewhat unsafe to connect to the internet. Just imagine the frustration even in an adult now add Autism. This laptop created a melltdown of all meltdowns. On top of it refund took upwards of weeks to get . I had to buy another as quickly as possible which was a financial cost i struggled to come up with.
