I wanted to add a bit more privacy from the neighbors on my lanai without blocking the view of the canal I live on. I paired this with a curtain light behind it and it works perfectly! It’s especially beautiful at night and I love the way the silver accent threads simmer in the breeze.

There's a 4-foot-wide pass-through in my apartment between my boring kitchen and my becoming-glam living room. Wanting to mask the kitchen a bit, I bought a pair of these curtains in the champagne color, paying insufficient attention to other reviewers' remarks. I had to reorder 3 more sets to accomplish my goal. As you can see from my rating, I'm pretty happy with my result. They are hung on an inexpensive tension rod, provide a welcome sparkle, and let in light from sliding doors while slightly obscuring aforesaid kitchen.Here are a few things to keep in mind: First, notice that these are not really "beaded" curtains (which is where I found them). They are composed of strands of a very thin braided ribbon with tinsel woven throughout to produce the sparkle. This means they are very light weight unlike actual beaded curtains. This, for me, was an advantage (much easier to hang). Second, they are not always the exact same length, as others have noted. That didn't matter to me, as I planned to trim them to fit my space anyway, but if you're looking for a match you may not find it. Third, the product photo is a reasonable example of what a pair of these curtains will look like. I would not in my wildest dreams imagine that a single pair would be suitable as "privacy curtains" even in a standard doorway. Given the fact that the ribbons are sewn into a fabric a strand at a time at certain intervals, you'd have to buy many pairs (requiring a lot of fabric on your curtain rod) and still not have completely blocked exposure. These really are just suitable for partially obscuring, not hiding.I recommend these curtains for someone looking for a little boho shine in their room at a reasonable price.

The media could not be loaded. I love the silver bc the black looks weird w/ the little shiny stuff, maybe if it had less so it can actually look black. I’m giving it 3 stars bc I had to buy 6 total(3 pairs of 2) & it still didn’t make it private enough. I put silver over black & looks very pretty but I’m going to add a sheer curtain in between & see how that works. Overall I like it but not enough to buy it again in the future. The little silver sparkling thing goes through the thread & it can easily get caught in keys or something small like in my piercings..

Love this product, it's exactly what I needed. I have an open end kitchen door and I wanted something there to "close" the space so to speak and this was perfect. I was worried it would look too plastic or cheap but to the contrary it looks and feels to be well made and the length is just right. I looked at several like this but decided to go with this one. Glad I took a chance on it.

I like them a lot. They look very classy and elegant when they are doubled up but when they are not doubled up they look trashy. Like another comment said they look like they're out of a 70s pornos when you can see through them. At least in my case. I'm trying to hide a pantry and a laundry room essentially and four panels per room just was not enough. I went ahead and bought 4 more packages so now there are eight panels per doorway. So I spent like $136 (holy shi* i just realized that) for it to look like this. It's very heavy. You can't see through it. It glistens when the wind blows which I do really enjoy. Also like another comment said, if I could go back in time I would probably just leave the doors on. I didn't even realize I spent that much money on all of us until just now but it was worth it. It took a lot of room out of our kitchen area when the accordion style closet doors were open. Now there are just hanging polyester strings that don't tangle easily which is a plus and I can just easily push them to the side or reach through and grab what I need I don't have to mess with the doors anymore which is awesome. Overall I would not purchase again unless necessary but I am happy with my purchase. ( the top picture below is with four panels per doorway and the bottom is with 8 panels per doorway.)
