It has some software issues, it's also overpriced for what it is
Ok, so the stereo is as far as features and screen is good.I don't have problem with the sound (so far) , just installed it a few days ago and so far it performs as far as audio quality as expected for a $300 unit. I did have the necessary kit for my car to keep my steering wheel controls and push to speak etc. (I checked crutchfield website to see what I need)Here comes my issues and it has nothing to do how I installed it or wiring.-The equalizer screen randomly quits as I'm adjusting the the sound.-Slow response to touch. Trying to scroll on the touchscreen and it's just sluggish, like a 10 year old android tablet. Trying to adjust various frequencies on the equalizer is an awful experience. Don't let the large screen fool you that it's expensive. An equal size tablet cost like $50 and it's smoother to scroll on it than on this.-The preset equalizer settings (pop, rock, jazz etc) are terrible, I don't think anyone will ever use those, whoever preset those at the factory has never listened to music.-Aesthetically the interface is ugly (in my opinion) and can't be customized at all. I wish I could move around the icons to the order I want to (USB/Bluetooth/ equalizer/radio etc) because for example, i won't use a USB thumb drive or an SD card for music on this and I don't want them on my front screen.- There are software upgrades available on the Jensen website (google for it) , and following the firmware upgrade down to the letters and the unit will not update no matter what. I tried it multiple times and it just won't. Even if it would, there is no update to fix - for example- the equalizer screen quitting itself randomly (crashing?) while trying to adjust it.No on-screen volume control. While we have a volume knob under the screen, it would be nice to have a volume bar on the touchscreen so I am not moving my hand back and forth between touching the screen and then reaching under the knob and back again as I change music or track or trying to set the equalizer.Well, I'm just gonna keep it, since I got this for the large screen and Apple Carplay which were the reason I bought this for, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for..but in this instance this is more like $200 than 300.

Great Value, Really Sharp & Modern Looking
I only installed it a couple days ago, but so far, I'm very happy with this radio. I already had an aftermarket radio in my car before, so replacing it with this one was pretty easy. My main reason for upgrading is I use Android Auto a lot and wanted the bigger 10" screen over the 6.x" you get on most double din screens. LOVE the big display, and makes my 14 year old truck (2006 Ram 1500) honestly look/feel like its only a few years old. Its very surprising how much the floating display changed the look and feel of the interior. Most of the screens, setting, and backgrounds are very customizable and i'm super happy overall for the price. My ONLY gripe is that when not using Android Auto and just listing to music over Bluetooth, the radio by default starts in FM Radio mode and to switch to Bluetooth, you have to scroll over to a second menu or press the mode button 3-4 times. I wish it was either customizable to move that shortcut to the first screen (maybe it is and I just haven't found the setting yet) OR I wish it "remembered" the last play method and simply went back to it the next time the car started rather than always going back to FM Radio. Minor gripe, but still a gripe. If i'm wrong and this is configurable in the settings somewhere, I will come back and update my review.

Love the screen size.
This screen is huge. So easy to see. Installation (2005 superduty) of the main head unit was very straight forward. Added the gizmo to bypass the emergency brake. The screen attaches to the head unit after the dash is all back together, at least in my situation. The screws that attach the screen are super small, not the best quality, had to find the right phillips tip that fit it best, even so I felt the screwdriver slip when I was tightening. I have big hands and because of the ac vents it was a challenge to get the screws in, I had to wait till wife was available to hold the screen. The unit and software seem stable so far. Takes a little while to startup. Not sure why but the clock was getting reset the first couple of days, but hasn't lately. The touch screen is a little tricky at times, especially when scrolling. Camera picture is very clear. Sound is great. I kind of wish the screen attached in a way that made the tilt easily adjustable, like a simple wing nut. It has a decorative trim that covers the screen attachment screws but really the screen so big the cover is not necessary, would rather have that wind or thumb nut to adjust. Blue tooth worked great, hands-free, great. I haven't had a chance to use the android maps yet. So far, very happy.

Large screen
Two piece assembly Head unit and Touchscreen have to be mated. Screen gets attached after you install the head unit. I had to gut the factory radio plastic assembly and retained the On Star box and plugs. I mainly use it for the Android Auto. Used a Scosche assembly kit with an interface module and harness. Attaching the screen does take some effort especially if the radio is sunk in like mine is. Over all I'm pleased with it right now. The large touchscreen is the main reason I got it. That and the Android Auto and Apple Car Play.

Good quality! Tech support is helpful.
The touch screen is glass, not plastic like alot of other brands. So it super clear, and doesn't scratch easily. I've had multiple people compliment it, even the drive through workers! My only complaint is that it doesn't have a "favorite" option for the Bluetooth. If 3 people get in my truck that have been connected before, it does it randomly, even though I drive it everyday and connect everyday. The clock at first would reset evernight. But with the help of tech support they sent me the file to correct that issue and it's been fine for the last 5 months or so.I would buy again!
