Q: Does this tea only have blackberry leaves?

Hard to tell. The ingredients on the package are listed as : tea, natural flavors, and pure premium Ceylon tea. I thought the tea was just ok. Wasn't bad wasn't good. Shipping was expensive so I won't be ordering again. I am still in search of a good blackberry tea with caffeine. Used to drink Bentley's Blackberry Tea for years but apparently they don't make it anymore.

I can't answer that. Because I've used it all up! I have the Metropolitan Tea Company Elderberry tea now and also the Huckleberry tea. Both of those are wonderful! Remember this tea is based on Ceylon tea, so the flavorings and fragrance are additions to the Ceylon tea.

It has Ceylon tea... Yes it is caffeinated.
