Okay, now I have never spent this much on bread ($24 for 2 loafs) but Amazon Fresh and Whole Foods were all out for about a week and I recently had knee surgery and can't get out to the supermarket. I am diabetic and Rye bread is really the only bread I can eat that I really like. I came across Stern's Rye Fresh Bread on Amazon and the reviews were awesome, its the Holidays so I ordered to treat myself. When I received my order I immediately opened the box and I automatically got a whiff of the Rye bread and it smelled great! I toasted one piece and added a little butter and this Rye bread was delicious! Fresh, hearty and has a little chew to it. Its Wonderful! Yes, a bit pricey but I'm not disappointed!

A bit expensive, but this bread make for a better than average sandwich. The slices are not deli large in size, but work for a decent sandwich.

Dry , flavor is perfect. Healthy more for me . The smell is like home . I put one in the freezer and just finished the first loaf. The texture is great I can toast and put any on the bread and it keeps together. Must a must have worth the cost.

The bread I received tasted a bit dry. I have tasted better rye bread, such as Nature’s Own Perfectly Crafted Rye bread.

This is the worst Ryebread I have ever tasted in my life. I initially ordered this from Stern’s bakery where I usually get lovely cakes and cookies . instead, somehow they must be affiliated with Korn’s bakery because this is what was delivered and it is by far stale and bitter tasting. I had contacted them initially because they sent me the wrong thing and sent pumpernickel bread and they asked me to send pictures six times and said they didn’t receive them. Finally Flora said she would send replacements with the Ryebread and this is outrageously terrible. I have to tell you do not do not order from this company. I am requesting a refund and warning anyone not to use this company.

I'm an older woman, living in Florida, and have been staying home safely since March. I have everything delivered, right to my door, for free. Even though this bread is a bit pricey, I felt that two loaves of bread would go a long way for me. I put one loaf in the freezer for future use. I've been making grilled cheese sandwiches with this rye bread and I'm enjoying them a great deal. I have hash browns and green beans with the sandwiches. I've made a few tuna fish sandwiches too. The bread is quite flavorful and holds together very well when making sandwiches. I'll buy this bread again.
