Spark has been a life saver for me twice so far. This is my personal story . I was using Spark about 30 days prior to going into the hospital for a triple bypass. I thought Spark would help me with energy as I had none. I had my family doctor check over all the ingredients in Spark and match up with all my medications I am on. The only thing I needed to do was stop taking my multivitamin and replace it with Spark. In the hospital all my Doctors and Nurses said it was fine with them, if it was helping me and it was. By all means keep taking it. I think I even convinced a couple of the Nurses to try Spark. The secend time just recently most of my family came down with a terrible cold. Me, I only got the sniffles and two days later sniffles gone. So yes personally I think Spark is great. There is a flavor for everyone. I honestly recommend this to anyone who just wants to take feeling good for granted.

Spark is life lol. I have been using Spark for 12 years now, since my daughter was born. If you are a new mother and struggling with energy levels, def i recommend. I call it mommy juice. Can I just say I love this product!!! When I was in classes and couldn't stay awake, I started drinking this and it gave me the energy I needed for the whole day. Never felt tired and felt great!!
