I purchased this product and after unpacking and reading instructions a piece popped off making it unusable. I was pissed and immediately called the company.(not amazon ) I was 1st surprised that I got an immediate real person to answer. Next I explained what happened and the young lady listened and simply said sent me proof of purchase and address confirmation . She also stated if I could get the proof asap a replacement will be shipped immediately. I sent proof right after the phone call and received a email confirmation stating replacement was already in route via UPSYup that’s how it went !!!!! QuicklyI will definitely be buying from Ewbank again on different items because of this excellent customer service experience.Thank you

I really like this! It does a great job for general housecleaning. I’m impressed with how much dirt it buffed out of my hardwood floors. It is very easy to use! Very lightweight & maneuverable. The buffer/scrubber worked well on tile too- but the recommended cleaning solution was nasty on tile. This is not durable enough for heavy duty jobs. I gave it a 4 star rating due to some design issues- it doesn’t fit under my baseboards, it doesn’t fit into corners, & the attachment hook to keep the cord out of your way is poorly placed (I think I’ll give some zip ties a try so I don’t keep tripping over the cord.) If you use the recommended cleaner, make certain your floors are spotlessly clean! If not, you will wax the dirt into the floors & have a huge sticky / grainy mess. That said- I like how the cleaner shined up my floors after buffing.

It worked perfectly for the job we needed, love it. Light weight enough, didn't need a heavy machine for our purpose.

I was hoping for a deeper more powerful scrubbing.

I have a hardwood floor in my kitchen. I have always gotten down on my hands and knees to scrub it down and clean it with my brush. I decided to give this a try. It just didn't do a good job for me at all. I tried the brush attachments first. I was met with failure. The floor was still dirty. So I then tried the scrubbing pads. Same. The dirt just stayed on the floor and it left the floor looking dull. I wasted my money on this product. I just can't recommend it. I'm back to scrubbing my floors by hand and they are clean and shiny again.

Nice lightweight floor scrubber. I use it on my marble tile and the ceramic tile in the bathrooms. Powerful cleaning tool. Easy to change the cleaning discs. Long cord.

We just moved into the new house and soon as our kids took their shoes, socks off and then started to run around their feet were extremely dirty gray. When I wiped around it on the kitchen floor it was just everywhere and still didn't come off good.So, I found this product and used it. After I wiped off that dirty soap I no longer had to get down to scrub the floor anymore. I did check with a Kitchen papers and it was white still and our children has no dirty feet anymore!!!It was very simple to use just move down the bar and it will run. You can choose to use with one hand or two hands.Super light weighted and very fast moving brushes to get rid of the dirt or stains of the floor. I don't know if I can use this for the carpet and not going to.One thing that I was kind a not happy was that I can't get to any edges with it. So, I had to use my hands to Clean every corners and sides. But it will clean 99% of my Kitchen floor so I'm still very happy!!! Thank you!!!
