My hearing level is different in each ear. can this be adjusted for left and right? can it move sound from the left side to the right side?

The level of amplification (gain) in the BeHear ACCESS can be different for each ear and for different frequencies in each ear. Using the "W&H BeHear" App for iOS/Android smartphone, you can take a quick hearing assessment. The results of this assessment will be automatically applied to the BeHear ACCESS that will amplify sounds based on your hearing profile. However, the BeHear ACCESS doesn't have a bi-cross function, and it doesn't move/send sound from one ear to the other.

How many charges before the battery becomes defective?

The battery in the BeHear ACCESS headset is rechargeable, tested up to 600 cycles. After 600 charging cycles the battery will still work, but gradually last less time than before.

Is the battery replaceable?

No. The BeHear ACCESS Battery is rechargeable but not replaceable.

Is this access model ii?

As of January 2022, this is the ACCESS Model I. In a few weeks, the ACCESS Model II will be available on Amazon
