great for hermit cookies
We started making hermit cookies because you can't seem to find them sold anywhere these days. This molasses compares favorably to much more expensive coming in small jars. I like to buy in bulk and never run out.

It's very tasty and not too strong, but strong enough. I used it last night with spices and a bit lemon juice &, hot sauce on baked chicken wings it was delicious.

Good quality baking molasses
Arrived much faster than expected. For best results when pouring, soak the jug in a hot water bath for 20+ min. Unsulfurred so it is good for fermentation projects
