This was purchased as part of a total scalp treatment process. As a part of that whole, it does really well. I did accidentally later find out that it is smaller in microneedle length (from my understanding), but it works just fine for me. It makes my scalp feel refreshed and invigorated.It's really easy to use. Although it isn't very wide and it takes a lot of back and forth movements to cover everywhere, I am not sure how much wider you could go on the roundness of a head and still be effective, so no complaints.

I've tried to use this roller each and every direction it pulls hair when I'm trying to stimulate growth so I don't need any more hairs pulled out of my scalp. I wash it every time after I'm done and after about three times it's just very dull. It gets build up on it quickly. I was told to use the minoxidil spray then use the Derma roller and then wash it afterwards with rubbing alcohol. I'm not impressed

It looks nice, I didn’t use it and threw it out so I can’t say how it works. I was too scared to use it because it pricks your skin and I have low immunity.
