Soft, smooth, smells good. Love the shine and color. Impressive. Unopen.

Poor quality. All dried up my girlfriend said. Asked if she could be resent a new one and they said no. Then she asked if she could return it they said no. She sent photos of the dried up lip stick and they said she made it dry. Uhhhh how? How would she dry up the makeup. We hired an attorney and investigating this. Will be taking this to court.

I really like Jeffrie Starr eyeshadow and 1st time I tried this. it's a lovely color
