Worked great. I went through other reviews and decided on these. You can use pliers you have at home with a strong hand to remove the old caps. I did not need all these heel caps, in fact I used the largest size and that is what all my heels are. But for the price this is the best deal and works great.

Save money on heel tips
I had been spending lots of money getting the heels of my shoes replaced and now I do my own. Unfortunately, the posts are only 12.5mm and often too small for the post holes. In these cases, I've improvised with Gorilla glue and it works. Wish there were thicker posts.

Perfect tips if you have the right tools
These tips are exactly as described and come in multiple sizes. I ordered a set of black tips and a set of nude tips and was able to repair 7 pairs of high heels. The biggest challenge I ran into was removing the old tips from my shoes. For some pairs, a simple set of needle nose pliers did the job, but for tips that were really worn down the pliers didn't do the job which was very frustrating! I purchased a pair of pincers (here: SPEEDWOX 4 Inches End Nippers... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DLRBQQG?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share) and they really made a difference in my ability to remove the old tips. All in all, I'd recommend the product but also recommend borrowing or buying a pair of pincers to help. Also highly recommended a quick YouTube search for how to remove old heel tips. That helped me too.

Be sure and buy the KIT, just so you can get the tool to PULL the Old tips out. SOME are SCREWED in. VERY HARD to pull out with just plain pliars ! Smh..But I am pleased with all the different shapes and sizes.
