The rs chain is chisel tooth chain that cuts more aggressively. The rm3 is a rounded tooth anti-kickback chain. Both fit the Stijl ms250 18” bar.

Look at your bar - the specs are printed on it. If it's a .325 length link, .063 width channel, 18" length then this chain will fit.
