Dream Dots for Spots, Acne Patches, Double Pack

SO.... I didn't want to spend the money on these but I did and I love them! So when I sadly needed to reorder (I have bad skin) I had a gap before my package arrived so I tried another product from Ulta. DON'T. I tried two different similar dot products - more expensive and not as worthy. Here's the skinny, the Dream Dots are slightly flesh colored and I'm pale but it helps mask the inflammation so your skin doesn't look as irritated. That was helped tremendously. I tired a fancy Sephora & Ulta brands that were clear and you could see the inflammation and they don't stick as well. While the other products were easier to pull off the sticky backing, they eventually came off my skin. And they will if you sneeze, cough, moved your face or breathed. I really hate to sound like a commercial but the Dream Dots are the bomb and I'm so sad I have to use them but they made me feel so much better about my situation. I was able to even put some powder or cover up around them and hide them easily. The other brands slid off and just sux'd. So spend your money on this. It did help with the root cause - bad skin. It's not going to solve it but it does help. Oh and the Dream Dots stick and help me keep away from my face. If you are looking at these just buy them. I'll save you several hours - get them.

These little guys are great and are definitely worth a shot if you are on the fence! I tried them after seeing an online review and I'm so glad that I did.I have painful, large, cystic acne that can last for over a week (if not longer) and my gut reaction is always going to my dermatologist for a cortisone shot to bring down the swelling and to help get rid of the blemish faster. These products are MUCH cheaper, and I don't have to hassle with a Dr. visit. The dots are largely unnoticeable on my skin (with makeup, you might not be able to tell I have one on) and they don't budge once they are on. I even apply night cream after I have one on. Within 2 nights, the spot had a noticeably smaller circumference, and within 3 nights the blemish was largely gone! They cut down the healing time by at least 1/2 if not more. I experienced very little irritation while I was using the dots, but I did notice the products don't alleviate any redness that I was experiencing. Regardless, this is truly a great product!!One thing I'd point out is that it's sort of a struggle to separate the spot from the plastic backing, but given all the benefits of this product I still wouldn't change my rating!

I find this product is only helpful after the cyst has come to a head and using it to avoid a nasty looking scab and scar. I use it for a couple of nights at most and I'm good to go. However, the dots have seemed to do nothing to get rid of any acne that hasn't already completely come to a head and it been opened. With that being said, I can't stand the nasty scabs because makeup does not cover it up. So I am continuing to use the product but with just limited use.

I am 72 yrs old & all of a sudden I started having minor acne breakouts, mainly along my jawline - REALLY frustrating at this age! These are GREAT in every way & help immensely overnight. Two or three nights of use & the problem is GONE in that area! I am trying to never run out of them! I just may have to introduce a couple of my teen-aged granddaughters to them. A little pricey for them to buy, so I could easily do it for them - and happily so if it helps!!

These work GREAT! I tried them after watching Melanie Murphy's review of them on youtube. I LOVE them. They work really well, but they're kind of expensive...that's why I'm giving them 4 Stars instead of 5...but they are a truly amazing product and an ingenious idea! I Love that you can't pick once you put one on, and they really do help shrink the size overnight without causing drying and scabbing. Skin feels smooth and soft in the morning. Makeup goes on over the blemish much better because there's no peeling skin or dried flakes! Truly great product, but not terribly economical...

This was the first brand I ordered to help control cystic acne and "blind pimples" that form under the skin.These patches easily peel off without sticking to fingers, and once adhered they do not move.I have used these overnight to find the dots absorbed everything they claim to do, and they did not leave red marks on my skin.Unfortunately, for the past several weeks, this brand was noted "unavailable at this time", so I tried two other brands that were not effective.

Excellent product. I don't need them for acne, but use them to cover other blemishes on my face caused by another condition. They are small and comfortable and are much better than covering my blemishes with small bandages. Only problem I have is that they are difficult to remove from the small squares that they are attached to. Have tried following the instructions for applying them, but the only way I can get them off of the small squares is by using my fingernail to remove each dot (which sometimes leaves an upraised edge on the Dream Dot.

This is helpful, but not sufficient on its own, and not a necessity for severe acne. I enjoyed using them and would compulsively apply them all over because it felt so good to cover up my cysts, and I did notice a reduction in the size of specific pimples overtime, but this is not a miracle overnight treatment, and it is not preventative. I would most likely have repurchased, but I thought the cost was somewhat prohibitive and the effects were not potent enough, even when combined with cleanser, toner, and prescription acne medication.
