The, Vantage Force Pro.
Hey sports fans. A pocket knife that is a pleasure to have in the rotation. Outstanding blade, that is super sharp. Out of the box I'd say, sharper than most knives. The grip is very nice too. I do not see this just slipping out of my large hands. Putting it through its paces, this Vantage Force Pro held up very well for the work load it was given. I go back and forth with this pocket knife and a few Benchmade and a few other Spyderco models, that I enjoy using. I think you'll be happy too with this Buck knife in your collection. I'd recommend this to friends and family. Have a great day.

Excellent knife, will buy again
I've had this knife for about two days and the only complaint I have is that it didn't come as sharp as it could have out of the box. It wasn't dull, but it wasn't the edge you would expect from a knife that cost $80. Even the cheapest of Spyderco's knives come with a better edge but upon further investigation I found that this is quite common for Buck knives. Other than that the knife is well made with a thick liner lock that is rock solid. The G10 handle feels excellent in the hand and the handle length isn't short and hard to grasp like some of the other EDC knives I've had. The blade is 3" (give or take a 16th of an inch) making it legal for carry in states, such as Michigan, that limit the length of a carry knife and the blade is actually quite thick in comparison to the others I've owned (about 1/8" thick). I don't seem to have any issues opening it with either the thumb hole or the flipper as the other reviewers have had, even from the left hand. My hands are quite large too so I'm not sure what their problem is. Definitely an upgrade to my EDC considering my last knife was a cheap Gerber (I forget the model name) that I beat to death and then lost. It looks good and feels good. You can't go wrong with this knife if you have the money to spend.A few additional things. I lost this knife about a few months ago and I will be buying another one. The Buck Vantage Force pro was without a doubt one of my favorite folding knives I've ever had. After owning many, many more in the time since I lost it none of them locked up as rock solid as this, or stayed as sharp and none could take the beating I gave this one, and not break. It came out almost flawless. I loved this knife and losing it at work actually really made me sad. When I have some money to spare I will be buying this again because Buck had me very impressed after months of hard use.

Fantastic knife
Best knife ever: amazing s30v steel, bos heat treat, ergonomic handle, fast opening, incredible pricing, absolutely NO blade play, and sturdy American construction. It comes ridiculously sharp out of the box so be careful when opening it (accidentally cut my thumb). Way better than my sog trident elite!

If you're on the fence about whether or not to buy this knife, just buy it.
I've read some reviews saying they had issues with their knives but mine seems to be perfect. The blade lines up in the middle of the handle when closed. The liner lock centers on the blade and the lock up is very solid, no movement at all. Really like the handle, provides a good grip on the knife. Easy to open and close one handed. I haven't had the knife long enough to have to sharpen the blade but since it came sharp and the steel is S30V it will probably be awhile until the knife needs to be sharpened. Another big plus, for me anyway, is that this knife is made in the USA. I think this knife will be my every day carry for a long time to come.To me it's worth every penny.

Great knife.
This is a great knife. It looks great, and feels great in the hand. I love the deep pocket carry clip and the super blade steel of s30v. The only problem to me is that you have to use your wrist to help flip open the knife. The flipper is too short to propel the blade all the way without you flipping your wrist at the same time. If this knife had a slightly larger flipper, I would give it a 10! Nice knife....

Great EDC knife
This is the second one I have bought, exact same model and color. I lost the first one, bought a second because it was my favorite knife, found the first, now I have two. Win win, What can I say? Great S30V steel, pain to sharpen but boy will this steel hold an edge. Razor sharp upon arrival too so you don't need to worry about sharpening them too soon. Blade locks solidly into place so no worries about closing the blade on your finger. Belt clip is a bit tight for my taste, but that's not enough to lose a star, it's not a detractor, just my personal preference.

Best EDC knife for the price
I was a bit skeptical when ordering this knife. Seemingly all of the features of a knife of much higher price point. I was floored when I got this. Made in the USA. BOS heat treated S30V steel blade. The scales are amazing. Even better in person. The liner lock is strong and leaves me with no concern. There's no play or wiggle anywhere. The flipper works amazingly well. As good or better than any of the Kershaw flippers. I've put this knife through its paces for the last month. And without a doubt, the S30V blade has the best edge retention than any other steel I've used heavily. It was razor sharp out of the box. After a couple days of hard use I ran it across a Spyderco ceramic rod a few times, just to re-hone, and it was sharp enough to shave with again.

Perfect everyday carry blade
Nice sturdy well made folding knife. I carry daily for work. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the flipper is stiff out of the box. Couple shots of dw40 loosened it up. And the black finish on the blade comes off on my fingers. I oiled a cloth and rubbed the blade real good. Problem solved. The blade came razor sharp and the handle is more blue than black which really caught my eye. All in all the price from Amazon is the best I found. And the knife is worth every penny.
