I have arthritis in both of my thumbs and had been having steroid injections every 6 months to relieve the pain and swelling. I also had purchased the laser therapy that is now available without prescription in order to control the pain. These treatments helped somewhat but the benefits did not last long and breakthrough pain still occurred.Once I started using this copper magnetic bracelet and ring, the benefits were noticeable within 2 weeks of continuous use. Swelling at the base of both thumbs in the soft tissue area is gone and I have no pain now.I use the ring on my right thumb where pain had been much worse (to the point that I could not open covers on bottles or pick up a cup without using both hands). I use the bracelet on my left wrist. The Gauss strength is far reaching!!!I wear these 24 hours a day, every day. I can do everything using my hands with only a rare mild twinge. My activity level is back to normal and I can garden again!This product is pliable and sizeable and is not flimsy. It is very well made.

Not really sure if placebo effect or if it's actually working but either way my wrist feels better. To be honest I don't really wear the ring ever as it looks kind of silly on me but it's a nice touch to be included and others might like it, there's certainly nothing wrong with it. Great brand who's packaging gives the impression that they really do care about their products and what you think about them. I highly recommend and defiantly will be a return customer should the need ever arise.

Lovely heavy quality. Wish it had a smaller size in the ring even though it is re-sizable. The bracelet does lose its shape when you put it on and take it off - as it should be worn close to the skin but will not go onto your wrist unless opened and widened.

I have never used copper magnetic therapy before, but now that I have extremely painful arthritis in my fingers and hands I decided to try it. Within 10 minutes of wearing the ring on my thumb (most painful digit), I was able to squeeze out the last of my favorite toothpaste. I haven't been able to squeeze anything for quite some time. And the fact that I am typing right now speaks volumes for how this product is working for me. Within 24 hours I noticed that I had strength back in both hands. I also ordered a 2 piece "Perfect Elegant and Stylish Gift - Pure Copper" bracelets from Earth Therapy as well (I wanted to cover my bases and they are affordable), so I had 2 pieces of copper on each side. The swelling in my knuckles has gone down and I haven't woken up in horrific pain in my hands since wearing the copper. I do a lot with my hands everyday.Nothing (so far) has taken away arthritic pain but this is helping. I also ordered finger-less compression gloves and they seem to be helping too.Both of the Copper items that I received were in beautiful velvet bags with drawstrings. Nice touch and they were delivered as promised.

Excited to have received my set. The ring and bracelet look classy. Hoping to super decrease my pain from tennis elbow and rotator cuff injury, but puzzled about the insert in the baggie (thought it was instructions for cleaning). It's a sort of disclaimer saying "Magnetic Therapy Jewelry is not intended to diagnose, TREAT, CURE, or PREVENT disease", and nothing about helping with pain and inflammation, whereas the write-up on Amazon says all these great things about how it helps with that (including several reviews from people). Hmmm... Will give it a shot for a couple of weeks with both the bracelet and ring and I'll post results about my pain levels. Thanks for reading.

Not returnable/exchangeable - seller has created a "process loop" so that you cannot actually process a refund or exchange. The bracelet is far too big for me - sadly, unwearable for me but it's a sizing issue only.I tried to exchange and now trying to return b/c of shady practices.

OK, I have to admit that I was not entirely convinced in the beginning that this would work when a neighbor suggested it. I am 68 years old and was beginning to get some pain experiences with my right hand. The ring finger, in particular, was not capable of bending beyond 45 degrees and it was severely swollen and painful. After about a week of wearing these items, I began to feel some relief. After two weeks I was (and still am) able to touch my wrist with all of my fingers (including the ring finger) without feeling any discomfort. Now, I have ordered (and am wearing) another set for my left hand. I wear these throughout the day and sleep with them at night and am getting better with each day. I take no medication for arthritis; I just wear these and they work! I am now recommending them to my neighbor; a retired Marine who had surgeries on both of his wrists and is also having problems with pain and swelling in his hands.

the bracelet fit but the ring is made for a 2 year old's finger -- it wouldn't even fit my little finger so I returned items and let Amazon know that the measurements listed on this item are wrong
