A MIRACLE
I have struggle with digestive issues since I was pregnant and since then no dairy, hardly any sugar and definitely no beans or my stomach will be ready to fight me. Sometimes I pushed thru and just dealt with it, but a lot of times I just avoided them altogether but lets be real some foods are too delicious to pass up. Personally I dot not like lactaid and after using this Lactaid has never worked in the same capacity as this stuff. One pill and I am good for most foods, only take 2 when I am eating a lot of beans or cruciferous veggies or a lot of dairy. I love this stuff the only thing I do not like is the price. At $37 this is a very expensive supplement, granted it is for 90 pills, it is still high to me, lactaid was high for me too but it didnt work well enough for the price. This stuff is expensive and works great, Im going to keep buying it but I'm not gonna like paying for it.

Effective, and far better than the competition.
Fantastic. This works loads better than Lactaid. I don't know how accurate this is, but I swear when I was using Lactaid, I had to progressively take more and more - almost like my body was developing a dependency on it. I typically could still eat non-fat, no sugar Greek yogurt because there is by nature (if properly made) no lactose in it, but when I was taking Lactaid suddenly I couldn't eat that anymore without needing lots of Lactaid pills. That's not the case with this. I have been able to establish what dosage I need for what kind of meal (pizza, pasta, etc.) and stick with it, and I don't need to take anything for Greek yogurt. I don't know why. I'm not a doctor, I just know that that's what my experience has been.I will say that as a highly lactose-sensitive person who LOVES dairy, I have still had to resign myself to the fact that heavy cream type dishes are still out of the question. I would likely have to take an entire bottle of this stuff to eat something like ice cream, and I don't care too much for soy or coconut ice cream, but hey - cashew milk ice cream is amazing and absolutely a great substitute. I wouldn't dare to try drinking milk, but I stopped missing that years ago.The best part is the price on here - it's about 1/3 of the cost at Whole Foods, which is where I first found this, but thanks to Amazon now I don't get ripped off.

Pricey but works
Better than Lactaid as it digests protein & milk fat as well as lactase.

MUST BUY
I have such a sensitive stomach and I often get stomach aches from a lot of food that I eat. I bought this pill at a regular Whole Foods on sale just to try it out. I had went to a food market and eat so many products that has dairy, gluten, and that would normally upset my stomach. I took I think three pills and my stomach did not hurt at all. Pill was regular size and easy to swallow it was effective immediately since my stomach didn’t hurt at all. I have never had a lactose pill that worked so fast other brands take a while for the pill to be effective and my stomach still hurts but this one is definitely worth the money. I order two more 30 count pills from Amazon during Black Friday week and got a good price.

Worth the very hefty pricetag
I thought I was lactose intolerant, because eating dairy had become very painful. Unbelievable cramps and gas. I tried Lactase and found that it worked for a while, but eventually, all the pain and gas came back, so I thought I'd have to give up all dairy. Over years, my gastroenterologist has been trying to figure out what I have, and he was amazed when, after taking Lacto, I could eat dairy. The reason is that I'm not just lactose intolerant. I have no idea which milk sugars I can handle, and I'm not sure it's possible to find out, but - the front of the Lacto bottle talks about relief for lactose and casein. The back of the bottle shows that besides lactase, it has 8 other enzymes to be able to break down any and all dairy. For those who say it doesn't work, I wonder if you are not taking enough, or maybe not at the right time - if I ate cheese without taking Lacto, my pain would start within minutes. I take a dose that fits what I'm eating and I take it immediately before I start eating. Yes, it's expensive, and would be expensive if one pill was all I took each time I eat something that has dairy in it. I take up to 5, depending on what and how much dairy is in a meal. And if I take 4 when I have a cream soup, I take 5 more when I'm about to eat ice cream even if it's within the same meal. For me, horrendously expensive as it is, it's such a big relief that it is really worth it.
